For Holiday 2012, fresh has a number of colorfully packaged gift sets to brighten up the season. The whimsical packaging design was inspired by vintage Champagne catalogues in France and is meant to embody a spirit of merrymaking and cheer. I have the fresh Sugar Addiction Mini Lip Collection to share with you today!
The fresh Sugar Addiction Mini Lip collection contains six miniature lip treatments. The fresh tinted lip treatments include: Sugar Rose, Sugar Honey, Sugar Coral, Sugar Berry, and Sugar Passion. There classic fresh Sugar Lip Treatment is also included. Each lip treatment has SPF15 and is 0.08oz. (full sized fresh lip treatments are 0.15oz.) The tubes are constructed from the typical fresh plastic coated with metal. The caps to these mini lip treatments should be twisted (as opposed to pulled) off.
The swatches of each fresh Lip Treatment is shown below. Each lip treatment is sheer as one would expect of tinted lip balm. Sugar Rose is a light sheer pink. Sugar Honey is a warm nude. Sugar Coral is a pink coral. Sugar Berry is a sheer pink mauve. Sugar Passion is a red-pink. Sugar is a clear lip treatment.
The fresh Sugar Addiction Mini Lip Collection ($48) is a festive and practical set to give or get this season. The sets are a great way to try a variety of the popular fresh lip treatments without breaking the bank. I love holiday sets like this! It's a good deal! I like these, but I rarely need lip balm during day time, and I use thicker ones at night. Still, such a gorgeous set! If I were plain greedy I would get it ;)

DeleteI love the regular Sugar balm, but I've never tried the others. I'm really tempted, but I also kind of feel like the set isn't that great a deal, price-wise. Hmmm.

DeleteI think this is a great set for those new to Fresh to try out all these shades and pick their favorite. I don't, however, like the small size. I wish they made the stick of product a little wider even if it were shorter--I have the 2 minis from my Sephora bday present and the stick of product was so thin, it kept snapping whenever I tried to apply it--even when done so carefully. But I do love these Sugar lip treatments. I've tried all of them except the new Sugar Berry and Sugar Passion and Plum. Plum is next on my list though--I think it'll be great for fall. But my all-time favorite is Sugar Honey. BEST "mlbb" shade EVER!
ReplyDeleteI got some Fresh lip treatments as a birthday bonus from Sephora and was pleasantly surprised by them! They smell so good and are actually moisturizing - which for me is saying something.

Deletei would totally get this if i didn't have honey and coral and a mini rose PLUS the birthday ones from sephora that i haven't even opened. LOL. i do think berry and passion are pretty though! And these sets are super cute. I'm glad they're available in sephora cause i saw them at a fresh store at the beginning of september and really hoped they would be more widely available for holiday! :)
ReplyDeleteLike Tracy said, the set is really expensive in Canada which works out to about $10 a mini tube. I did pick it up and hoped to get a price adjustment with a VIB sale but returned it in the end. It is a great set for those who can't get enough of them!
