Japonesque Safari Chic Kabuki brush review

           Meet my new pet kabuki! The Japonesque Safari Chic Kabuki brush has the most darling leopard spot on its head and I'm not sure makeup brushes get cuter than this. Despite having animalistic inspiration, the Japonesque Safari Chic Kabuki brush is made of synthetic fibers. I'm a fan. Whenever possible, I choose synthetic face brushes. It's an easy way to avoid animal cruelty and I prefer synthetic fibers for the face anyway. Synthetics hold on to less bacteria and are easier to clean. You can scrub the heck out of them and not worry.

          I've compared the Japonesque Safari Chic Kabuki brush to the other large face brushes in my collection below. The head size of the brush is smaller than my EcoTools bronzer brush and slightly smaller than my MAKE UP FOR EVER Kabuki brush. (Keep in mind the EcoTools looks even larger in my photo do to perspective). The Japonesque top is a bit flatter and less rounded. The fibers are soft and have a little more bend than the other two brushes. As you can see above, the Kabuki handle is on the smaller side. At $22, the Japonesque Safari Chic Kabuki brush is priced in between the EcoTools and MAKE UP FOR EVER, which is reasonable.

          I'm going to keep this little guy on my vanity and stroke its bristles; they're so soft! I'll use it for makeup too, of course. Have you spotted the Japonesque Safari Chic kabuki in stores? Do you have any decorative brushes in your collection?
